Why should you call me for your computer repair needs?
Well, I am Dell and Microsoft Certified. I have taken many computer classes beginning in 1984, and attended many repair seminars. I have a stack of certificates. I do this full time. This is not my hobby, I do not do this after work. This is my work.
I am more qualified than your neighbor who’s ‘good with these things’, and far more qualified than other computer guys here in Mobile, Alabama. I know, as some of them call or email me on a regular basis for assistance. Don’t let their stupid low prices fool you, you get what you pay for with those other guys. I only install licensed, legal and updateable software. I explain the problem in common easy to understand language.
So with all your qualifications your prices must be outrageous?
Not at all. My prices are extremely fair, as my overhead is low. If I were to get a retail storefront and a bunch of teenage employees (like the other guys), yes I’d have to jack up my prices to pay employees, and pay someone to fix all their mistakes. I charge a third to a half of what the Geeks at Best Buy charge, and am much faster. I try to have same day or next day turnaround on most jobs. If I have to order parts, that adds to the delay, but most of the time I have the parts or the parts are found locally on the secondary market.
So where are you located and what are your business hours?
I have a small office in Midtown Mobile, near Murphy High School. I am open by appointment only. Wow, that sounds really snotty. I do not have normal business hours. Simply call me when you are on the way or to set up a time. I work as needed, when needed. I can be reached at 251-418-4286.
